# Exchange
If the item you received is unused and in its original condition, and you would like to exchange it for a different size or color, you have two options:

Please contact our customer service team directly. If the item meets our return and exchange criteria, we will assist you in exchanging it for the desired size or color.Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the exchange. -
Return and Reorder:
You may also choose to submit a return request and place a new order for the desired item.
In this case, unless the item has a quality issue or was damaged during shipping, any previously paid shipping fees, handling charges, or taxes will not be refunded.

# Refund
A full refund means you will receive the total amount of your order back if you return the product according to our return policy.
You may be eligible for a partial refund if:

Processing Time for Returns or Exchanges
For return requests that comply with our policy, we will initiate the refund immediately upon receiving the returned product. The refund will be processed through the original payment method and may take up to 10 calendar days.
