When I first received it, I thought I had ordered the wrong ring because functions I specifically looked for seemed to be missing. Happily, more functions kick in (like skin temp) the longer you wear it! Very happy with it now!
Just got my ring last night and used the sleep apnea tracker and am impressed with all the data it provides. I am going to continue wearing it so that the ring adapts to my body and health to improve accuracy but am already happy with the data that I am getting! I do wish there was an option to switch the daily tracking intervals from every 10 minutes to 5min or lower. I would sacrifice battery life to be able to do that and do not mind having to charge it more often. I also wish there was a smart alarm option to wake you up at the best sleep stage. I can't wait for new updates and further improvements to come!
I had purchased this since it was only ring that could track blood pressure - I thought it would do automatically all day but it requires you sit still - accuracy is close to arm cuff I use - other functions also require you to manually start - such as sleep apnea at night and workouts - both require you have your phone and app and hit START - my Apple Watch does both of those automatically or at least without my phone and opening the app - the sleep tracking is very detailed and a high point if you want to track sleep apnea - if you use that it also has an Oura type summary of your energy and "stress level" - the look is good - I did have problems with it slipping while using my mouse at work - so I felt I had to keep adjusting it
I've been wearing it for a couple of weeks and I must say that its functions have impressed me in a very positive way. The ring returns a lot of information on health and the results are of impressive precision. Maximum rating more than deserved. But if I really have to be honest, the only real problem encountered is the support for the different languages. We are in 2025 and it is unthinkable that such a precise tool is important for our health supports only English or a little more and this in my opinion greatly limits the sale of the ring. But apart from this small negative note, the ring does 100% what it promises at a much lower price than the competitors.
I’m very impressed with the Circul ring. I have never left a product review before, this is how impressed I am! I have an autoimmune connective tissue disorder and sleep apnea, so accurate sleep and oxygen tracking was very important to me. Moreover, my fingers get puffy and swollen, and the Circul ring adapts to it. The oxygen measurements are the same as those of a medical-grade finger sensor! The app works seamlessly and the customer service is amazing. I think this is one of the best purchases I have ever made, considering the price and the accuracy of the product.

I like the ring design and its precise measurements. In particular, I like the sleep analysis capabilities, which are a big help to reverse my insomnia onset.
I’m happy with my purchase. The size fits all my fingers (a little loose on the pinky), and I’ve been using it daily with no issues—the tracking works well. Whether I’m washing my bike or doing the dishes, the ring continues to function and charge properly. I also like the flexibility of being able to swap it between fingers.
My only wish is that it could connect with other apps, such as Clue, similar to how the Oura ring does. Overall, it looks great on my fingers and I’m very satisfied.
This ring is everything I was looking for! The sizing was super easy, and it fits 8 of my 10 fingers. After the initial getting used to wearing a ring on my index finger {my finger of choice) it is quite comfortable. The continuous heart rate and SO2 monitoring is great, but my favorite thing by far is the sleep tracking. I was told I have sleep apnea many years ago, but ignored it. Eventhough I felt like garbage I never contributed it to sleep apnea. But the Circul ring has apnea monitoring that comes free with the ring and it made me admit that I had a problem. I started using my CPAP again and I feel great! I would have never done that had it not been for this ring.
The only negative I can think of is that the battery life, since I do use the apnea setting nightly. I have to charge it every day, but the charging case is so convenient that I can just toss the whole thing in a purse and put the ring back on when the green light flashes.
I would highly recommend this ring to absolutely everyone! I finally feel like I am taking control of my health, and this ring is definitely a key player!
A little early to say but it would help to have an alert on the app that it’s time to charge the ring
I love it, fits great, not too tight, not too loose, data seems accurate, if I was looking for medical grade accuracy I wouldn’t buy this ring, but I think it gives a really good idea of what your body is going through. Little plus is the tips they give you in the app on how you can improve your sleep.
I'm absolutely loving my Circul Ring. I got it in the space grey colour which i love. The size small fits my index, middle and ring fingers perfectly if I need to switch between fingers throughout the day. The adaptive fit is amazing and it's very comfortable. I have several health issues so I love that I can monitor my health around the clock. The blood oxygen, temperature, sleep apnea, etc are what are import to me with all of the other features. The real time monitoring is amazing! I'm looking forward to new updates etc and can't wait to see what you have in store for the near future. Thanks Circul Ring for making my health monitoring so much easier! Best money I've ever spent.
I have enjoyed my experience with my ring so far. The data is slightly off from Samsung Health measurements with my watch, but the sleep data is similar. I like the ability to check blood pressure which seems fairly accurate to a wrist cuff measurement. Battery life for me is 2 days.
The device is great. Comfortable, love the stretchiness. High quality sensors. Thinner and better looking than competitive offerings I’ve seen. However, app needs a lot of work to be as good as competitors. The syncing that blocks using the app is not very user friendly. Have to manually start tracking anything more than steps. Apple health integration is incomplete. All these things are fixable and then they’d have a five star wearable.
So far I’m enjoying this ring! I like the color, the fit and the app. The accuracy is on par with the more expensive rings but don’t have the subscription. The only thing missing is better battery life and FDA clearance.
Had a bit of a delay in delivery as it was crossing international borders- but circul responded and investigated- couldn’t ask for more! Started using the ring, very easy to set the app up and has worked really well, delivering what it promised - looking forward to seeing how it evolves overtime as data builds up. Very happy .
More activities ( indoor cycling, for example) would be Great, I am Not sure, if the activity burn is correct, seems a bit low to me.

The Circul ring app recently updated and there's been a definite improvement in sleep tracking capability, specifically with naps. It now meets all my sleep tracking needs and IMHO provides excellent SpO2 data for all my sleep needs. 3 points to consider for improvement: step counts (still seems off but for me this is minor), sleep vs awake (not sure if this is doable but again for me this is minor), and exercise activity tracking (this is major for me; there are too few options; I would really like a rowing option, as well as a "wildcard" i.e. Other___, and fill in the blank). I know we can add a tag later, but I would love if there were other options such as rowing that the ring was calibrated for! Overall, the improvements have been great, and I can't wait to see the Arrhythmia and swimming tracking, which are currently in progress!
I like that you can check your oxygen saturation (it wasn't on my Fitbit or Apple watch that I've used before). But it would be nice to have a graph of O2sat like it does for HR, which I would be especially interested in while sleeping. I like that it tracks sleep. I thought that the ad for it mentioned detecting sleep apnea but I don't see anything that would indicates that it actually does. It's a little bulky for a ring so it's mildly uncomfortable at times. It should have some kind of mark on the outside of the ring so the wearer can tell easily if it is in the correct position and hasn't rotated. It doesn't detect activity well, e.g. I rode a stationary bicycle for 40 min and it recorded 15 min. On the app one can tell it when you start and stop an activity but I was hoping that it would be accurate enough that it wouldn't be necessary. The charging seems to work well and doesn't take long. I wish the instructions were a little more detailed on how careful to be with the ring, e.g. can lotion or sunscreen over time affect the operation of the ring.
