CIRCUL RING Trade-In Terms and Conditions

These Terms take effect on the release date of CIRCUL RING 2 MAX (estimated November 20, 2025) and apply to the Trade-in Program offered for three (3) months from launch, unless otherwise modified or terminated herein.

Please read these Terms carefully. By checking the Trade-in Program box at checkout or submitting trade-in information, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1、Overview

Subject to these Terms, eligible Circul Ring 2 owners may receive a trade-in allowance toward the purchase of Circul Ring 2 MAX. To obtain the allowance, you must select the Trade-in Program at purchase and ship your trade-in device to the designated CIRCUL address after receiving the new device for verification and processing.

2、Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Requirements
  • Program open to existing Circul Ring 2 owners.
  • Participants must provide valid proof of purchase (order number, Device SN code, registered email, etc.) and purchase channel (Indiegogo, Amazon, official CIRCUL store, etc.).
  • Only Circul Ring 2 purchases made before the official release date of Circul Ring 2 MAX (estimated Nov 20, 2025) qualify.
  • One trade-in allowance per order.

2.2 Ownership & Right to Trade


You represent and warrant that you have legal right to dispose of the trade-in device (it is not leased or encumbered). If you are not the lawful owner, you are not eligible to participate; CIRCUL may refuse the trade-in and seek remedies if this representation is false.

3、Program Period

The Program commences on the official release date of Circul Ring 2 MAX and runs for three (3) months unless CIRCUL posts an announcement on the official website to extend, suspend, or terminate the Program.

 

4、Offer Details & Limitations

4.1 Offer
  • Eligible users may purchase Circul Ring 2 MAX at 50% OFF the official retail price (e.g., Regular USD 269 → Trade-in USD 134.5).
4.2 Non-combination
  • The trade-in discount cannot be combined with other promotions, bundles, or promo codes unless explicitly stated by CIRCUL in writing.
4.3 Payment
  • Participants must pay the full checkout amount at time of purchase; the trade-in discount will be issued as a refund/price difference after verification (see Section 7).
  • If you return the new device and receive a refund while trade-in processing is pending, you waive any claim to the trade-in allowance or return of the trade-in device.

5、How It Works (Steps)


Step 1 — Place Your Order 
Place your order for Circul Ring 2 MAX on the official CIRCUL website and select the “Trade-in Program” option during checkout.

Step 2 — Submit Old Device Information & Complete Payment 
Provide your old device details as prompted — including purchase platform, original order number, device SN, and registered account (email). Complete payment at the displayed checkout price.

Step 3 — Receive New Device & Sync Data 
Once you receive your new device, sync your data in the CIRCUL App and link it to your account. Make sure to back up any health data you wish to retain.

Step 4 — Ship Your Trade-in Device
Within 30 days of receiving your new device, ship your old ring to the designated CIRCUL warehouse. Keep your tracking receipt as proof of shipment. Before sending, erase all personal data and remove any activation locks (see Section 9 for details).

Step 5 —  Verification & Refund 
Once the returned device is verified and approved, CIRCUL will issue the price difference refund to your original payment method within 10–20 business days.

If the checkout price is USD 219, you first pay that amount. After your old device passes verification, CIRCUL refunds USD 84.5 to your payment account.

6、Trade-in Device Verification

6.1 Submission for Verification
You must provide your purchase platform, original order number, device SN, and registered account (email) when submitting your Trade-in application.
CIRCUL will verify eligibility and authenticity based on this information.
6.2  Rejection Criteria
CIRCUL reserves the right to reject any Trade-in request and deny the refund if:
  • the old device is not shipped within the required period,
  • the shipment details differ from the submitted information,
  • the device does not meet Trade-in eligibility, or
  • any falsified information or fraudulent behavior is detected.
Rejected or returned devices will be handled in accordance with Section 11, including but not limited to recycling, remanufacturing, or disposal.

7、Refunds & Settlement

 

7.1 Price Difference Refund 
Upon successful verification, CIRCUL will process the refund of the price difference within 10–20 business days to the original payment account or by another reasonable method as determined by CIRCUL.

7.2 Returns vs. Trade-in 
If you request and successfully receive a refund for your new device during the Trade-in refund process, your old device will not be returned, and you will forfeit eligibility for the price difference refund. However, you may reapply for the Trade-in within the campaign period under the then-current terms.

8、Shipping, Ownership Transfer & Disposal

 

8.1 Ownership Transfer

Once CIRCUL receives your returned device, ownership and disposal rights are deemed transferred to CIRCUL. After the transfer, you shall have no further claim or entitlement to the device unless otherwise stated.

 

8.2 Items Not Covered 
Only send back the device itself and any required accessories (if specified). Do not include non-essential items such as chargers, packaging boxes, or personal items. CIRCUL is not responsible for any non-device items shipped with the package.

8.3 Rejected Devices 

Devices deemed ineligible or rejected may be safely disposed of, recycled, remanufactured, or destroyed at CIRCUL’s discretion. CIRCUL retains the final right of determination regarding eligibility. Rejected devices will not be returned to the customer under any circumstances.

 

9、Data Deletion & Security

 

9.1 Delete Your Data

Before returning your device, you must erase all personal data, remove any activation locks, and disconnect any linked iCloud/Google accounts or cloud backups. CIRCUL assumes no responsibility for any data left on the device or privacy breaches arising from your failure to delete it.

 

9.2 Backup Responsibility 

You are solely responsible for backing up any health or other data you wish to retain. CIRCUL does not retain or recover data from returned devices.

 

10、Remote Disablement & Right to Deny Benefits

 

10.1 Failure to Provide Eligible Device

If CIRCUL does not receive your Trade-in device within the required timeframe, or if the received device differs from your submission or fails to meet eligibility, CIRCUL reserves the right to deny refund, cancel eligibility, or remotely disable the new device.

 

10.2 Disposal of Rejected Devices 

Rejected devices will be handled under CIRCUL’s internal procedures.Customers shall not claim compensation or request return of such devices.

 

11、Privacy & Use of Information

11.1 Information Collected 

To administer this program, CIRCUL will collect and process necessary data, including but not limited to:name, email address, shipping address, phone number, device model and serial number (SN), purchase platform and order number, and shipping/tracking information.

 

11.2  Purposes of Use 

Collected information will be used for identity verification, eligibility assessment, logistics and after-sales handling, fraud prevention and compliance, integration with the CIRCUL App, and other purposes required by applicable laws and regulations.

 

11.3 Data Protection 

CIRCUL will implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our company’s Privacy Policy. For details, please refer to: [CIRCUL Privacy Policy URL]

 

12、Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CIRCUL shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program or the disposal of devices. CIRCUL is not responsible for any data loss resulting from your failure to delete or back up data.

 

13、Fraud & Misconduct

If fraud or abuse is detected (e.g., falsified orders, duplicate submissions, misuse), CIRCUL may cancel trade-in benefits, reclaim refunds, and pursue legal remedies, including reporting to authorities.

 

14、Termination & Changes

CIRCUL reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Program or any part thereof at any time; changes will be posted on the official website and take effect immediately, subject to legal requirements. Changes will not retroactively disadvantage already completed and accepted trade-in submissions to the extent prohibited by law


15、Miscellaneous

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CIRCUL regarding this Trade-in Program, superseding any prior oral or written agreements.

  • If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severable to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

  • You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under this Program without the prior written consent of CIRCUL.

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CIRCUL is registered, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you may have under local law.
