Step 1 — Order Your 2 MAX
Purchase Circul Ring 2 MAX at the displayed price on the official CIRCUL website.
Step 2 — Device Shipment & Email Notification
We will ship your new device and send an email containing the Trade-in Information Form link so you can prepare the required details.
Step 3 — Receive New Device & Sync Your Data

Once you receive your new device, sync all your data in the CIRCUL App and link it to your account before shipping your old ring.
Make sure you back up any health data you wish to retain.

⚠️Important: Once your old device is shipped out, any unsynced data will be permanently lost. Please sync first.

Step 4 — Return Your Old Device

After you finish syncing your data, please ship your old ring to the address below.

We recommend taking photos of the ring, its packaging, and the shipping label, as this can help speed up the review process.

Step 5 — Submit Your Trade-in Details

  • Follow the instructions in the email to submit required information, including:

  • Old device purchase platform

  • Corresponding order number

  • Old device SN code

  • User account (registered email)

  • Return shipment tracking number

  • Sender information (full sender details)

  • Photo of the old ring before shipment (if available)

⚠️Important:
All information submitted will be used to verify your eligibility for the Trade-in Program.
Please ensure accuracy and completeness.

Step 6 — Verification & Refund

Once your old device is received and verified, CIRCUL will refund the price difference within 10–20 business days.

For example, if the Circul Ring 2 MAX is listed at $219, you pay the full amount at checkout. After receiving your new ring, sync your data in the app and submit your old device and shipping information. Once your old ring is verified, CIRCUL will refund the $84.5 difference to your original payment method. In the end, you only pay $134.5 for your brand-new Circul Ring 2 MAX.

  • Please sync all your health data before sending back your old device.

  • If you request a return/refund during the trade-in processing period, your old ring will not be returned. However, you may still re-apply for the trade-in discount during the program period.

  • CIRCUL reserves the right to decline applications with invalid or falsified information.

  • If you have pre-ordered the CIRCUL RING 2 MAX, you may still join the Trade-in Program within the valid period by submitting your information to the CIRCUL support team. The process and discount privileges remain identical.
