Do you ship internationally?
We sure do! We can ship products to most countries around the world. Please be aware that different countries have unique customs rules and regulations. Unfortunately, if your package gets held at customs you will be responsible for communication and any additional costs required to release your item(s).
How long will it take to receive my order?
We typically ship in 1-5 business days (Mon-Fri). Please refer to our detailed shipping timeline table in our shipping policy. Generally:US orders: 10 business daysInternational orders: 10-15 business days depending on locationPlease know that we are doing the best we can to get orders out promptly.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. You can also check the status in the logistics query website using your tracking number:https://www.17track.net/en *Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, chances are its on its way!
My package shows are delivered but I haven't received it?
If it's been marked delivered and it's only been one day-sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you, so keep an eye out for the next few hours! Also, your package may be delivered to your front door or signed for by neighbors. We recommend checking with your neighbors first. Alternatively, you can contact the courier using your tracking number.If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit. Please file a claim with the carrier. If there is no conclusion after two weeks, please let us know and we will look into replacing or crediting you for your order. If the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline. If possible, please provide us with any supporting documents or photos, as this may assist in resolving the issue. How do I modify my Delivery Address after placing an order?
Changing Your Delivery Address? If you need to modify your delivery address for your Circul order, please do so before updating your ring size. For U.S. customers, you can change your delivery address if the new address is within the same state. However, keep in mind that some states may impose additional sales taxes. If the new address is in a city with a different tax rate, we may not be able to change your order's address. Currently, it is not possible to update the delivery address from one country to another. If you need to ship your order to a different country, please contact our team for assistance in canceling the original order and placing a new one. We are here to help at support@circulsense.com. For orders that have already shipped: Please reach out to the courier. To identify your courier, check the order confirmation email you received after your purchase. If you need to modify the order information after placing an order, please send an email to "support@circulsense.com".The email content must include: the original order number, the content to be modified, etc.
