What if I ordered the wrong size?
You can exchange your ring for a different size within 30 days of receipt. Contact support@circulsense.com to initiate the exchange process in accordance with our return and exchange policy.
Can I wear the ring on any finger?
Yes, the adaptive design allows it to fit different fingers. However, we recommend choosing your preferred finger and measuring for the best fit. Available in four sizes from S to L to accommodate various body types.
How does the ring handle finger size changes?
Circul Ring’s Adaptive-Fit technology automatically adjusts to changes in finger size. Whether it’s swelling caused by exercise or weather, or slimming from sleep or weight loss, the ring flexibly adapts (0–3mm adjustment range) to maintain a consistently snug and comfortable fit, ensuring accurate physiological signal detection.
Which finger should I wear my Circul Ring on?
We recommend wearing it on your index finger or Middle finger for optimal sensor contact and comfort. However, it can be worn on any finger except the thumb.
How do I find my correct ring size?
Step1：Take a length of floss or string and wrap it around the base of your finger.Step2：Mark where the floss or string first overlaps with a pen.Step3：Stretch the length of string out along a ruler or measuring tape, and take down the length in millimeters.Step4：The length you measured is the circumference of your finger, compare the circumference of your finger the following table.Check out this article for more information on sizing options!
