The battery lasts 3-7 days on a single charge, and maintains over 80% of its capacity even after 300 charging cycles.For convenient charging, the ring comes with a portable charging case that features an embedded battery. A full charge from 0% to 100% takes about 60 minutes, allowing you to power up your ring anytime, anywhere. The charging case has a battery life of 120 hours.
How do I update the ring’s firmware?
We periodically release firmware updates to improve performance.To update:Once the ring is connected, tap the ring icon in the top right corner of the app’s home screen.Select “Apply Firmware.”Choose “Download and Install.”During the update, please keep your phone screen active and place the ring close to your phone to ensure a smooth and efficient update process.
Can the data sync to other health platforms?

How to Charge the Ring？
After receiving the ring, you need to charge and activate it.First, take out the plastic sheet in the charging box, then put the ring into the charging box, close the lid, and connect the charging box to the power supply.Please refer to the operation video：https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OeauS4BDMK0When you see the yellow light on the charging box flashing, it means that the ring has been successfully activated and is charging. When you see the green light on the charging box, it means that the ring is fully charged.The charging time is expected to be about 1.5-2 hours.When the charging box is fully charged, the ring can be charged directly without connecting to a power source. When the charging box is fully charged, it is expected to charge the ring 3-4 times (depending on size).
