Sadly, we know that sometimes our products are just not quite the right fit for some people. You can certainly return anything you order from us for a refund, provided it is returned within 30 days.

Valid reasons for a return include:
- The product has defects or damages upon delivery. If you find defects, damages, or discrepancies, provide photos to support your claim.
- The delivered product is different from the color you selected.
- The delivered product significantly differs from the description provided at the time of order.
What conditions must be met for returns?
The ring must be in original condition, unopened, and unused.
All original accessories must be included
Return must be initiated within 14 days
Products must not show signs of damage or excessive wear.
