My Circul Ring isn’t syncing with the app. What should I do?

1. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.

2. Restart the Circul Ring App, and try updating the App to the latest version.

3. Make sure your ring is charged and within range of 1 meter/yard for pairing.

4. Please download the latest firmware and reconnect your device.

5. If the issue persists, try re-pairing the device through the app.
